If you receive the 'Unfortunately, FrostWire has stopped' message every time you try to open FrostWire and you are never able to open it to perform a search OR the app crashes at a particular action, please submit a support ticket with the following information to help us locate the bug:
FrostWire Version - Android Version - Device Model
Your message should look something like this [it is only an example]:
1.6.2 on 4.4 and Samsung Galaxy SM730A: App crashes whenever I tap on the main menu icon from My Music section
Where to find the info?
You can find the FrostWire version information under Settings > Application Manager > FrostWire
You can find your Android version & Device Model Number information under Settings > About Device
We love error logs!
For those a bit more tech savvy - we would really appreciate an error log generated during the time of the crash.
The easiest way to do it is to install an error reporting app - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.js.Error&hl=en , run it, run FrostWire and send us the error log to email@example.com. It would help tremendously!
If we will not need any more info, we will just send thanks and contact you back once the bug has been found and fixed for you to try a new version.

IMPORTANT FOR DESKTOP USERS!
If you are having this issue on a Mac and you are running OS version 10.6.8 and lower, you need to update your operating system. FrostWire will not work on Versions lower than 10.7. Sorry guys....
