The params structure is populated with the fields to be passed to SessionHandle.addTorrent(AddTorrentParams, ErrorCode) or SessionHandle.asyncAddTorrent(AddTorrentParams) to resume the torrent. To save the state to disk, you may pass it on to write_resume_data().
